How to Use Google Meet for this Sunday's Annual Meeting

If you’re already using Gmail, Google Photos, YouTube, or another Google product, just sign in to your existing Google Account.

If you don't have a Google account, sign up here.  It's free.

Click on the Google Meet link that will be e-mailed to you.

Enter into the space provided the code that you have received.

That's it.  A number to call or text will be provided for those who are having difficulty signing in.

While the meeting will officially begin at 11am, we will activate the Google Meet account fifteen minutes before at 10:45.  This is to make sure there are no "glitches" in the system.  Feel free to sign on early, if you wish.

We may offer a test meeting later this week to ensure that everyone is comfortable using this new technology.

Information About Orders of Service

Three people, who usually receive the order of service by email, have notified us that they have not received it in the last few weeks. We checked, and we see that the orders have been sent to the usual recipients.  We would ask that you check your "spam" filter to make sure that email from the parish has not been falsely re-assigned.

If you would like to be on the list to receive the electronic version of the order of service, please email the office at office@christchurchbethany.org
